Amnesty

Lindsey Graham has a history of not just supporting amnesty for illegal aliens, he is one of the leaders of the movement. He was a member of the famous “gang of eight” who almost accomplished passing a disastrous amnesty bill. Supporting those who break our immigration laws is an issue he has been consistent on.

I am against amnesty and was the leader on our Town Council who convinced our Police Chief to sign up for the 287(g) program. In my opinion, joining this program is a “no-brainer” once you read the paperwork. The program allows local municipalities to assist with immigration enforcement, but only when they want to assist.

Immigration is an issue where there is a significant difference between the incumbent and me.
